Cultural Communication Bridges: Arabic–Turkish Translation Techniques and Problems

Organized in collaboration with the Arabic Language Teaching Program of our Faculty and the Arabic Translation and Interpretation Department of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, the event titled “Cultural Communication Bridges: Arabic–Turkish Translation Techniques and Problems” was held online on June 11, 2025. Dr. Amro Saleh from the Department of Arabic Translation and Interpretation participated in the event as the speaker, while the session was moderated by Dr. Mohamad Alkhalaf from the Arabic Language Teaching Program. During the program, technical and cultural challenges encountered in Arabic–Turkish translation were discussed, and evaluations regarding translation practices were shared with the participants.
