“Emergency Situations and Training Plan” Education Program Held in Our Faculty
The “Emergency Situations and Training Plan” program was held on Monday, September 8, in classroom M-9701 under the instruction of Occupational Safety Specialist Hüseyin Emre Gülbaş. During the training, Specialist Gülbaş provided detailed information on the actions that should and should not be taken in cases of fire, flood, and earthquake. Following the theoretical session, an earthquake drill was conducted, and participants were guided from the building to the assembly point on campus.
Disasters, which pose significant threats to human life and property safety, cause irreversible losses in many countries and severely affect the economies of developing countries such as ours. This training once again emphasized the crucial importance of education in overcoming the challenges posed by disasters.
