Effective Student Communication Process Through Class-Based Groups and Digital Announcement Channels

Within our program, class-based WhatsApp groups covering all students from the 1st to the 4th year are actively used. Through these groups, program activities, information regarding teaching and learning processes, and important announcements are communicated to students quickly and effectively. In addition, to enhance the program’s visibility and ensure continuity of communication, announcements and news are regularly published on the department’s website. Furthermore, events carried out within the program and developments of importance to students are shared with the public via the faculty’s Instagram account. These communication channels contribute to conducting student information processes in a transparent, accessible, and sustainable manner, thereby supporting the program’s objective of effective communication with stakeholders within the scope of accreditation.
