Our Faculty Held Its First External Stakeholders Meeting

On January 20, 2026, as the Faculty of Pharmacy, we successfully held our first External Stakeholders Meeting in a productive manner. The meeting was attended by leading and experienced representatives from various fields of the pharmacy and pharmaceutical sectors.

During the meeting, discussions focused on the importance of internship practices in pharmacy education, the sector’s expectations from future professionals and academic training, the alignment of graduates’ competencies with sector needs, and evaluations on strengthening academia–industry collaboration. Conducted through mutual exchange of views, the meeting provided an efficient platform for reflecting industry experience into academic processes.

The meeting aimed to strengthen communication between our Faculty and external stakeholders, develop sustainable collaborations, and plan joint initiatives that will contribute to the professional development of our students. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all external stakeholders from the pharmacy and pharmaceutical sectors who contributed to our meeting with their valuable opinions and recommendations.
