NextGenUniS Workshop Event

In the NextGenUniS Workshop event, organized in collaboration between Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Health Sciences and the Gastronomy Department, students from Florya Tevfik Ercan Anatolian High School had the opportunity to get to know the faculty closely. The Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Prof. Dr. Halit Tanju BESLER, gave an informative speech to the students about the faculty.

Under the coordination of the Faculty of Health Sciences Vice Dean and Nutrition and Dietetics Department Assistant Professor Dr. Berkin ÖZYILMAZ KIRCALİ, and with the participation of Research Assistants Esila BAYAR and Nilüfer GÜRSEL, healthy recipes were prepared with the students. Subsequently, ash content analyses of these samples were carried out in the Food Chemistry and Analysis Laboratory.
