ABOUT APPLYING FOR MAKE-UP EXAMS
1. Medical reports submitted in order to take make-up exams must be valid and accepted as a legitimate excuse.
2. Students who submit a medical report must first apply to our institutional physician and obtain a report from there.
3. If this is not possible due to place of residence, they must obtain a report from a fully equipped state hospital.
4. Reports obtained from other healthcare institutions must be certified by the Provincial or District Directorate of Health in order to be considered valid.
5. Reports obtained from outside the province after the start of the exams; interrupted or segmented reports obtained within the exam schedule; and reports submitted for exams where a student attended one exam on the same day but did not attend another will not be accepted as valid reasons for taking a make-up exam.
6. Applications for make-up exams must be submitted via the UBIS system, along with the relevant documents.
7. Applications for make-up exams will end on May 1 at 23:59.
8. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.
