Regarding Applications for Make-up Exams

Dear Students,

1. In order to take the make-up exams, the submitted medical reports must be accepted as valid and justified excuses.
2. Our students submitting a medical report must first apply to our institution’s physician and obtain a report from there.
3. If this is not possible due to their place of residence, they must obtain a report from a fully-fledged state hospital.
4. For the validity of reports obtained from other health institutions, they must be approved by provincial or district health directorates.
5. Reports obtained from outside the province after the start of the exams, intermittent or divided reports obtained within the exam schedule, and reports submitted for unattempted exam(s) when the student has taken another exam on the same day will not be accepted as justified reasons to take the make-up exam.
6. Make-up exam applications will be made through the UBIS system by also submitting the student’s documents.
7. Make-up exam applications will end on May 1st at 23:59.
8. Applications after this date will not be accepted.
