“Women Who Take Care of Themselves” Workshop…

The psychodrama workshop organized by Istanbul Aydın University’s Psychological Counseling and Development Club during the week of March 8, International Women’s Day, was led by Associate Professor Hadiye Küçükkaragöz. The workshop featured interactive activities focused on helping women avoid neglecting their self-care amidst their multiple roles, recognize their emotional needs, and maintain their psychological resilience; it also fostered personal and professional awareness among the students.
