Contemporary Pedagogical Practices & International Perspectives in General Secondary School Education

Within the scope of the event entitled “Contemporary Pedagogical Practices & International Perspectives in General Secondary School Education,” organized through the collaboration between Istanbul Aydın University and the Ministry of Education of Uzbekistan, a series of workshops was conducted at Istanbul Aydın University on November 27, 2025, for teachers visiting from Uzbekistan. As part of this program, Dr. Mine Akkaynak, Head of the Special Education Teacher Education Program at the Faculty of Education, and Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kurnaz, faculty member of the same faculty, facilitated workshops titled “Inclusive Instructional Strategies for Students with Special Needs” and “The Teacher’s Mentoring Role: Soft Skills and Classroom Leadership.”
