Opportunities and Challenges in Special Education: Autism and Learning Disabilities

Assist. Prof. Dr. Murat Balcı from the Special Education Program delivered his presentation titled “Opportunities and Challenges in Special Education: Autism and Learning Disabilities” at the panel discussion held as part of the 12th Kalkan International Symposium on Human Horizons and the 8th International Festival of Post-Contemporary Art. This event took place at the Troya Cultural Centre of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University from 10 to 12 December 2025 and was moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hadiye Küçükgöz from the Psychological Counselling and Guidance Programme.
