The Project of Our “PharmAydın” Student Club Has Been Awarded the 2026 UNİDES National Project Grant

The projects supported within the scope of the University Student Communities Cooperation and Support Program (UNİDES), conducted by the General Directorate of Youth Services under the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Youth and Sports, have been announced.

Within the scope of this program, in which Istanbul Aydın University has earned the title of the foundation university receiving the highest number of project grants for the fourth consecutive year, one of the 11 supported projects—titled “Oncology Pharmacy: Current Approaches and Case Analysis from a Clinical Pharmacy Perspective” and carried out by the “PharmAydın” Student Club—has been granted support in the national project category. Through the conferences, surveys, and case-based workshops to be organized within the scope of this project, it is aimed to enhance the knowledge and awareness levels of pharmacy students in the field of oncology.

On this occasion, we would like to congratulate the PharmAydın Student Club, the recipient of the 2026 UNİDES project grant, along with their advisors Prof. Dr. Sevgi Karakuş and Dr. Cem Erkmen, and extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Özgül Yaman, Dean of Students, for her valuable contributions to bringing this project to our University.
