‘KARARTMA’ (THE BLACKOUT) PERFORMED AT THE 32nd INTERNATIONAL DENİZLİ AMATEUR THEATRE FESTIVAL!

Istanbul Aydın University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Drama and Acting, performed the play titled “Karartma” (The Blackout) at the 32nd International Amateur Theatre Festival organized by the Denizli Metropolitan Municipality. Directed by Lecturer Ayşe Lebriz Berkem, the play—which serves as the graduation project for the department’s senior students—completed its second tour at the Denizli State Theatre. The performance was met with great acclaim from the audience.

In addition to the performance, the Drama and Acting students had the opportunity to participate in a workshop titled ‘Being in the Game’ (Oyunun İçinde Olmak), conducted by instructor Burcu Aksakal as part of the festival program.
