‘KARARTMA’ (THE BLACKOUT) PERFORMED AT THE TURKEY INTERCOLLEGIATE THEATRE FESTIVAL!

Students from the Department of Drama and Acting at Istanbul Aydın University were guests at the “3rd Turkey Intercollegiate Theatre Festival.” Organized through the collaboration of Kartal Municipality and Maltepe University between April 28 and May 9, the festival took place at the Kartal Hasan Âli Yücel Cultural Center.

At the festival, which featured 19 different plays from 18 different universities, IAU Drama and Acting Department senior students performed their graduation play titled “Karartma” (The Blackout). Written by Una Vizek and directed by Lecturer Ayşe Lebriz Berkem, the performance was a highlight of the event.
