Organized upon the invitation of the Department of Interior Architecture, the event featured a presentation by Prof. Dr. Mustafa ÖZGÜNLER, a faculty member of the MSGSÜ Department of Architecture. The seminar provided detailed information on the technical requirements and the vital importance of fire safety within architectural design and implementation processes.

Midterm project boards prepared within the scope of the IMT401 Project course, conducted by the Department of Interior Architecture, were showcased at the university’s entrance hall. The exhibition presented students’ semester projects for review by the academic staff and the student body.

Architect Eren YORULMAZER was hosted at the university as a guest juror upon the invitation of the Department of Interior Architecture. During the jury session, student projects were evaluated based on professional criteria, followed by critiques and an exchange of architectural insights.

Dr. Hilal Türkdoğdu, Faculty Member of the Department of Interior Architecture, and PhD candidate Gamze Lokum Süvari conducted the workshop titled “Space Begins with Me!” within the scope of the Children’s University, in collaboration with the İstanbul Aydın University Center for Child Education Practice and Research, during the 2024–2025 summer term (28 July–8 August).

Dr. Hilal Türkdoğdu, Faculty Member of the Department of Interior Architecture, and PhD candidate Gamze Lokum Süvari conducted an Ecological Architecture Workshop with students of Ziya Kalkavan Maritime Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School (MTAL) on 14–15 June 2025, in collaboration with the Beşiktaş Doğa Çöp Üretmez Association.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dilek Yaşar, Faculty Member of the Department of Interior Architecture, delivered a talk titled “Universal Design Approach: An Evaluation on Housing” at İstanbul Arel University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Interior Architecture on 8 May 2025.
