“En Son Uzak” The film is finished!

Directed by Prof. Dr. Özer KANBUROĞLU, with contributions from our faculty members Dean Prof. Arif Can GÜNGÖR, Dr. Lecturer Oğuz ŞENTÜRK, Dr. Lecturer M. Batuhan ÇANKIR, and Faculty of Communication lecturer Vollan BUDAK, our short film titled “THE FURTHEST END” has been completed. The film tells the story of our teacher Fatmanur ŞİMŞEK, who works in the village of Çetindurak in the Akyaka District of Kars, located on the Armenian border, and her determined struggle to teach under the harsh conditions of Eastern Türkiye. The film has a duration of 12 minutes and has started to be screened at various national and international festivals.
