Linoleum Print Workshop

Faculty members of our faculty conducted a Linoleum Print Workshop.

The first traditional printmaking workshop organized by the Department of Graphic Design took place on November 28, 2025. The Linoleum Printmaking Workshop was held in T Block, Classroom T120, with the participation of Graphic Design students who were eager to gain hands-on experience with linoleum printing techniques.

In the workshop, which was held with the participation of Graphic Design Department students who wanted to experience linoleum printing techniques hands-on, students had the opportunity to apply the steps of engraving, surface preparation, and printing on linoleum material step by step. All necessary materials were provided during the workshop, aiming to create a production-oriented working environment that encouraged active participation and creative exploration.

The event was also attended by Head of the Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nursan Korucu. Guidance on the design process was provided by Sena Turan Atık, while the overall coordination of the workshop was carried out by Assist. Prof. Dr. Pınar Tuğçe Yelki.
