Cooperation Protocol Signed Between the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and Helvacı Ali

A Cooperation Protocol was signed between the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Istanbul Aydın University, and Helvacı Ali, with the aim of strengthening education–industry collaboration. Within the scope of the protocol, it is intended to support students’ applied training processes, carry out activities that enable them to gain sectoral experience, organize joint workshops and events, and enhance knowledge and experience sharing. This collaboration aims to contribute to the development of the professional competencies of students in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and to help them establish stronger ties with the industry. Istanbul Aydın University continues to strengthen its practice-oriented education approach through such collaborations that bring together academic knowledge and sectoral experience.
