EURAS Board Meeting and Conference Hosted by Our University

The Eurasian Universities Union (EURAS) Board Meeting and Conference was hosted by our university on October 25, 2024. A Turkish Cuisine–themed lunch was served to the 35 representatives from national and international universities invited to the meeting. The preparation and service of the menu were carried out entirely by students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.
