Visit from the Consulate General of Japan in Istanbul to Our Department

Mr. Hiroki Ishii, Deputy Consul of the Economic Section of the Consulate General of Japan in Istanbul, visited our department on January 22, 2025. Following a tour of the training kitchens, a meeting was held to discuss potential cooperation opportunities between the consulate and our department. As an initial step, it was agreed to organize a Japanese cuisine workshop at our department in the last week of February.
