Prof. Dr. Kamil BOSTAN Attended the Reception Celebrating the Birthday of the Emperor of Japan

The Chair of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Kamil Bostan, attended the reception held on February 14, 2025, at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus, upon the invitation of Kasahara Kenichi from the Consulate General of Japan in Istanbul, to celebrate the Birthday of the Emperor of Japan. During the event, existing collaborations between the consulate and our department were strengthened, and potential joint activities for the upcoming period were discussed.
