GOU SOCIETY, Employing Our Alumni, Awarded in the Gault & Millau 2025 Türkiye Guide
The restaurant GOU SOCIETY, where graduates of Istanbul Aydın University’s Gastronomy and Culinary Arts programs are employed, has been awarded one toque in the Modern Cuisine category of the Gault & Millau 2025 Türkiye Guide, one of the most respected international gastronomy rating authorities. We congratulate our alumni Burak Demir, Serhan Fırat, Nazlıcan Yılmaz, Berkay Dönmez, İbrahim Çağlar Doygun, and Batuhan Şimşir, who form seven members of the twenty-person kitchen team, and wish them continued success.
