New Year Flavors: Cookie Workshop” Held

On December 22, 2025, the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Istanbul Aydın University, organized the “New Year Flavors: Cookie Workshop” in collaboration with İAÜMED. The workshop was held between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at the O11203 training kitchen, where the preparation of New Year–themed cookies was carried out through hands-on practice.

During the workshop, participants were introduced to cookie dough preparation, shaping, baking, and decorating techniques through applied demonstrations. The event contributed to the development of students’ basic pastry skills while enabling them to gain experience in creative presentation and product design. Conducted in an enjoyable and interactive atmosphere, the workshop offered a productive experience that enhanced students’ motivation through its New Year theme.
