The Arabic Language Teaching Program organised an international webinar titled “The Subtle Balance Between Textual Fidelity and Linguistic Dynamism in Translation” on October 30, 2025, featuring presentations by five researchers from Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, India, Algeria, and Syria.

The Arabic Language Teaching Program organized an orientation program for preparatory and first-year students on Monday, September 22, 2025. During the program, students were informed about the department curriculum, the use of the UBIS system, course content, academic advising processes, double major and minor programs, and faculty facilities.

Prof. Dr. İlyas Karslı, a faculty member of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, participated as a speaker in the webinar titled “Arabic Lexicography and Arabic Dictionaries,” held on May 7, 2025, moderated by Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Elmalı, Head of the Arabic Language Teaching Program, and delivered a comprehensive presentation on Arabic lexicography.
