Academia–Industry Engagement: Participation in the Food Innovation Summit
The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts participated in the 4th Food Innovation Summit and Food Plus Awards, held on Tuesday, October 14, at Albert Long Hall & Demir Demirgil Halls of Boğaziçi University, within the scope of the Food Innovation Summit. The event was attended by Elif Merve Kahraman, a faculty member of the department, along with master’s students Rabia Güven and Melisa Yıldız. The summit provided valuable opportunities to strengthen academic–industry relations and to follow current developments in food innovation.
