The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Represented at the Reliable Product Platform
The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Istanbul Aydın University participated in the Reliable Product Platform event held on October 1, 2025. The event was attended by the Head of Department Zehra Yardı, Kamil Bostan, Elif Merve Kahraman, along with students of the department. During the event, presentations on reliable production, sustainability, and ethical food practices were delivered, and students had the opportunity to engage with industry representatives and follow current developments in the sector.
