The Master’s Program in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Celebrates Its First Graduates

The Master’s Program in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, which began admitting students in the 2022–2023 academic year, has graduated its first students. Ayşe ŞAHİN, supervised by Kamil Bostan, successfully defended her thesis on September 10, 2024. Hazan YILMAZ, supervised by Nasım Kian Pour, and Dilan KAYA, supervised by Elif Merve Kahraman, completed their thesis defenses successfully on September 12, 2024.
