“Halloween Cookie Workshop” Held

On November 3, 2025, the “Halloween Cookie Workshop” was organized through the collaboration of the Gastronomy Club and the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Istanbul Aydın University. The workshop was held at the O Block O11103 kitchen laboratory. The workshop was led by Chef Mehtap Alaçam. During the event, participants had the opportunity to practice Halloween-themed cookie shaping, decoration techniques, and creative presentation methods. The workshop contributed to the development of students’ basic pastry skills and provided hands-on experience in thematic product design. The program concluded with an exhibition of the prepared products and a group photo session.
