The Chair of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Kamil Bostan, participated as a speaker in the panel titled “A Gastronomic Journey Through Global Cuisines”, held on April 20, 2025, within the scope of the Colors of the World Fair at the Yenikapı Avrasya Performance Center. The panel was also attended by students from the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.
