Prof. Dr. Kamil BOSTAN Participated as a Speaker at the F Istanbul Food and Beverage Fair
Kamil Bostan, a faculty member of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, participated as a speaker on July 3, 2025, in one of the panels organized within the scope of the F Istanbul Food and Beverage Products + Production Technologies Export Fair. At the panel titled “Food Safety and Innovations in Technology: Critical Steps for Healthy Generations”, moderated by Sümeyra Teymur, Prof. Dr. BOSTAN shared insights from his field of expertise and answered questions from the audience.
