Turkish Cuisine Introduced at STAR Global Conference 2025

Istanbul Aydın University hosted the STAR Global Conference 2025. Within the scope of the conference, a pide-making workshop was organized to introduce Turkish cuisine to international academics and researchers. During the workshop, the preparation of traditional pide varieties was demonstrated hands-on, and participants were informed about the richness of Turkish gastronomic culture. The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts contributed to the event, supporting the promotion of Türkiye’s cultural heritage.
