The Art of Desserts Workshop: Kent Boringer Workshop Held
On November 3, 2025, the “The Art of Desserts Workshop: Kent Boringer Workshop” was organized by the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Istanbul Aydın University. The workshop was conducted by Chef Cüneyt Kocabaş at the O Block O11103 kitchen laboratory. During the workshop, students were introduced to modern dessert-making techniques, product pairings, and creative pastry practices. The event enabled students to enhance their hands-on dessert production skills and experience professional industry approaches. The program concluded with the presentation of the prepared products and a commemorative photo session.
