The “Culture and Arts Journalism: Naht Art Workshop” was held within the scope of Journalism Talks with the participation of Lecturer Dilek TEZCAN, a Naht Artist of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Under the guidance of Lecturer Dilek TEZCAN, students experienced the processes of cutting and carving by transferring calligraphy patterns onto wooden surfaces.

The second issue of Dönem newspaper, prepared by Journalism Department students under the coordination of Lecturer Filiz Güler Gülbek, has been published. The newspaper, prepared within the scope of applied education, enables students to transform their theoretical knowledge into sectoral practice.

The IAU Journalism Club organized a “Fact-Checking Training Workshop” with the participation of Koray Kaplıca within the scope of the 4th Term UNIDES Project Disinformation Prevention Strategies.
