An online information event titled “Add a European Dimension to Your Career withErasmus+” was organized by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Istanbul Aydın University, on December 23, 2025. The eventaddressed the academic and cultural opportunities offered by Erasmus+ exchange programs, application procedures, student experiences, and the impact of international mobility on career development.The event featured a presentation by Mariana Astefanoaie, who shared her Erasmus+ studentexperience, while Erasmus Coordinator Asst. Prof. Dr. Ebru İdman provided detailedinformation about the program. The session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Osman Yıldırım, Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Istanbul Aydın University. The event contributed significantly to raising students’ awareness of internationaleducation opportunities and supporting their global career planning.

A seminar titled “Understanding Cellular Base Stations: Practical Applications in Telecommunications” was organized by the Department of Electrical and ElectronicsEngineering at Istanbul Aydın University on March 13, 2025, at T Block, 1st Floor, RoomT117. The seminar focused on the fundamental principles of cellular communication systems, the operational structure of base stations, and their practical applications in thetelecommunications industry.The seminar was delivered by Executive Consultant Reşat Ahmet Tanış, and moderated byAssist. A professional information event was organized for students of the Electrical and ElectronicsEngineering Department at Istanbul Aydın University on December 6, 2023, at T Block, 1st Floor, Purple Hall. Within the scope of the event, an introduction to the Chamber of ElectricalEngineers (TMMOB-EMO) Istanbul Branch was provided, and detailed information wasshared on Independent Engineering Consultancy (SMM) authorization, engineering fields of work, and professional practices.The speakers of the event were Mr. Erkan Solmaz and Mr. F.
